Polka Dot Rocker Adult Costume

Includes one-piece dress with White blouse, attached Red jacket w/ poodle, full Black skirt w/ White polka dots and sequin belt. This costume runs very small. Packaging states that it fits a size 8-12, but really fits between a size 6-8 comfortably. Glasses and socks not included.
